Grievance Redressal

Student Grievance Redressal Committee has been formed at Trinity Institute of Professional Studies, Dwarka to settle grievances of students up to a satisfaction level so as to create a harmonious educational atmosphere in the institute. The purpose of the grievance redressal committee is to ensure a speedy response to all concerned. The Grievance Redressal Committee is empowered to look into the academic and non-academic matters of students. This committee has been constituted to create a responsive, disciplined, accountable, responsible and amicable air among students with the view to ensure the welfare of the students.

• The Committee will address all the complaints promptly and meticulously.
• Periodic reports will be submitted to the higher authorities regarding the details of the Complaints handled and the pending cases.
• The committee will follow the prescribed procedure for disposal of the complaint with an effective, impartial & fair approach.
• Encouraging the Students to express their grievances/problems freely and frankly, without any fear of being victimised.
• To ensure responsive, accountable and courteous dealing with the students.
